1.) Is storage freed up once content is downloaded from your platform?

2.) Is there a way to manage storage within workspaces or across the account?

3.) What is the process on freeing up storage when needed?

4.) Can additional storage be purchased if needed after you have left the Appsumo platform? If so, what is the cost and how does this process work?

Thank you for reaching out with your questions! I'm happy to clarify.

1. Storage space in your account is used for the assets and banners stored on our platform. Downloading your content does not free up this space; you would need to delete the content from your account to reduce your storage usage.

2. At this time, there isn't a specific feature to manage storage granularly within workspaces or across your account. We monitor overall usage.

3. To free up storage space, you will need to manually delete assets (images, videos, etc.) and banner projects that you no longer need. Please be aware that if you delete an asset that is currently being used in a banner design, it will be removed from that design.

4. Currently, purchasing additional storage is not an available option on our platform, including after the AppSumo period. We are monitoring user needs, and if there is a significant demand for managing or purchasing more space in the future, we will explore adding these capabilities.
