Q: Software Clarification Questions

Hello Support Team,

1.) Welcome back! With the option to have unlimited editors, is there a way to manage storage and background removals per user or workspace? If so, please provide instructions or a training video link.

2.) Once a video is exported, does this free up storage space?

3.) Can each workspace have its own branded preview link (CNAME)?

A: Thank you, Thomas!

1. While we offer unlimited editors, we don’t currently provide user- or workspace-specific quotas for storage or background removal. All limits apply at the account level.
2. Exported videos remain on our servers for 24 hours only. Storage usage primarily comes from uploaded assets, embedded codes, and saved banners within the platform.
3. The CNAME feature is applied at the account level and cannot be set individually per workspace. Its main purpose is to allow agencies to present banners under their own branding when sharing preview links.
