'Customers are all about Baseline, praising its efficient brand guide creation, time-saving design assets, and user-friendly interface. The automatic logo generation and seamless social media content creation are also big hits. There are a few hiccups like limitations in the logo generator and the need for improvement in design elements. Weighing the raves against the occasional grumbles, Baseline is hitting the mark and is a solid buy for those in need of brand guide and social content creation tools. With an overall rating of 4.9 and a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's definitely worth a try.'

Keeps me on brand

This is not a replacement for Canva but the simplicity Baseline offers keeps your images on brand using their templates and colour co-ordinated schemes.

I am enjoying this product for the value it offers.

Looks okay but needs more improvement

I have tested the app and found it basic compared to the capabilities of Canva. If you're not using or haven't mastered navigating Canva, then this app might work for you.

What I like about it is the baseline feature, which has a single repository for your brand assets and creates different colors based on your brand palette. However, what I don't like is, first, the interface, which is clunky, and second, the limited capability of its editor to create stunning graphics that can't match Canva. Lastly, the social media scheduler lacks a bulk upload feature, requiring you to upload content one by one.

If your new business isn't using Canva or any other editor for creating content and graphics, this could be a good alternative. However, for someone like me, with a strong background in design and branding, I find it quite basic feature.

Thank you for the feedback. I agree we definitely need to improve the editor. I hope you don't judge us too harshly on the social media scheduler since that's still in early beta, we are just testing things and making sure sending simple posts works before doing more work on it :)

Good but need enhancement

The tool is good to manage your brand
Plenty of templates
If you dont have canva it can replace it by 40%

Most important feature is not available : Capability to have , elements spacing landmarks through rulers and guides ...

Will continue to test but it will be a refund i think

Thank you for your feedback. Rules and guides are on the roadmap and hopefully coming soon. Most of the work is done.

Awesome tool for agencies to keep clients on-brand

I originally purchased Baseline in 2022 for 5 brands max, and after using it for a while it became clear I should've maxed out. Now it's back in stock so I went straight to Tier 3.

We use this mainly for 3 use cases:
- For any new project we upload all brand assets of our client to Baseline, so all fonts, colors, logos and more are centralized in one place for all of our company (so we went with unlimited brands). This alone has proven valuable enough to justify the price we paid for this LTD.
- We upload all assets of our clients to Baseline and then give clients on recurring plans access to this, so they also have a centralized platform for their brand. This includes their nice looking and always updated brand guides.
- For some clients, we provide direct access to their brands on Baseline so they can create images for social networks, blogs or anything they need, keeping all of that on brand. In many cases this can replace Canva for many SMEs, so adding this as something we can provide is incredibly cool.

The team isn't the best at communicating but the tool has seen a steady deployment of upgrades and new functionalities for over 2 years now. And the UX is great, brands look awesome, and the new Organizations feature works wonders for us to manage multiple brands and give access to clients and their team.

This is a very focused and easy to use tool. We always send a PDF with brand guidelines when doing branding work, and although the Baseline guides are simpler in structure and colors than what we can achieve when working on our own PDF, the convenience of having an embeddable online brand guide with shortcuts to download all assets in different formats is just too much to be passed on.

Some things I'd love to see improved:
- Add localization for brand guides and the UI. Or at least, allow us to change the text and headers of the brand guide (this seems to be on the roadmap though)
- Allow designing multi-page designs and graphics (this also is on the roadmap AFAIK)
- Add optional snapping to the graphic editor.
- Add a section for taglines or text snippets in the brand guide.

And please, please, keep the tool development as focused on branding as it's been 💜
