You can create a custom registration survey for your event by navigating to Registration ▶️ Settings ▶️ Forms. From here, you can configure a custom registration survey using the field types:

- Text (single-line)
- Text (multi-line)
- Multiple Choice
- Select Multiple Checkboxes
- Checkbox

Each field can be set to required.

The survey data can be accessed per-attendee by navigating to Registration in your BeHuman.Online event. You can also export all attendees (including survey responses) to Excel by using the Export to Excel button. If you've integrated using our API or a tool like Zapier or Pabbly Connect, the survey data is now also coming through this feed, and you can send it directly to your CRM.
