It seems there’s an issue on your website. Please ensure that you’re using the "Aggressive" optimization mode (it’s set to "Medium" by default) with the rest of the settings at their default values. Also if possible, disable the hosting cache as it may prevent the latest optimizations from reflecting on your site. If disabling isn’t an option, simply flush the cache once.
