Oct 8, 2024A: Better Sheets is not a web based app maker. It helps you make better Google Sheets. Whatever you do in Google Sheets, Better sheets can help you with that. Unfortunately Google Sheets itself has severe limitations on providing platform-like features such as individual users. The individual Edit/View privilages are pretty built in to Google Sheets as is. I do teach some workarounds that make it interesting to use Google Sheets on something like Google Sites. But nothing like building you very own bespoke platform.
piperPLUSI have no relation to Better Sheets, however would love to hear you explain more about how you imagine using Google Sheets as an online course platform. Would you be selling a set of spreadsheets that link to eachother, using each spreadsheet like an app screen / web page? What subjects would you be teaching?
Yes that sounds all good. Consider thinking about a helpful checklist of videos to watch, a curated list with extra information and quizzes too. A sheet with a list of videos is fairly basic to make. Add to that the interactivity of a spreadsheet and you can do a lot of things to add educational value to any set of curated videos.
