Q: WhatsApp Support

Hello, I have tier 4 and on the billing page, it says WhatsApp support, "Already Support". But cannot find it. Please advise. Thank you

There seems to be a misinterpretation—the “WhatsApp Already Support” label on the billing page refers to our customer support availability via WhatsApp, not WhatsApp integration. You can find this under the “Services & Support” section on the pricing page:
