Hi, I have a real estate brokerage and I am thinking about getting this for my agents to use. Is it possible to set up document templates that are retrievable inside Binder or only documents from their computer can be uploaded? Like a listing package to sell a house? If so, can all the blank spaces in the document be filled out inside binder or do you only sign with binder? name address, etc etc? Docusign like features? If so can these blanks be set up once so the system walks either the user or their client to fill it out properly?

Would my admin be able to collect all signed documents from all of our agents clients?
