Was great, now I cannot login to my page and it says I don't have an account when I try to recover my password. Page is still live, but I need another solution now. This keeps happening with AppSumo deals and I think I'm done if I get one more lemon from this crew. ZERO TACOS

1. I needed help in signing up. It did not work as expected. And I never got it. Had to sign up using different emails till it worked once.
2. Once I signed up and got it working, I realized there are no real styling options. That's a big put off.
3. Given that its a single URL solution, it defeats the purpose if a dash needs to be added between alphabets and numbers in the part of the URL which forms your profile. For. e.g you cant do hola123 it will be hola-123 . not good for the brand

Tried to ask for help to fix a problem but nobody is answering. In general the tool is good but the support is miserable. Not worth to spend money

I'm someone who uses linktree pro and biolinky really doesn't compare in terms of available options and customizations. It doesn't have all the nice background options, it doesn't automatically put icons with my links, and there's no customer service. Literally no way to get any help and I keep getting an error message when I try to add my Threads link. I really wanted to like and use this, but you can even see how in the questions section there are other people having technical issues and no one is addressing them. That's a major red flag... who wants to take the time to setup something that's going to have problems, that doesn't function as well as the competitor's platform, and that has absolutely no support?

Now, I can't fully compare to Linktree, but what I'm seeing is great!

I can add any links, social links, embed videos, spotify, soundcloud and so on - that means people don't even have to leave the biolinky page if they don't want to but still get to know me!
G4 and tiktok tracking, analytics - that's really cool!

And sure there's much I'm forgetting.

Also, because it's still quite new, it's easier to have your company or just first or last name as your link, which makes it even easier for people who have to type to find you (if they remember the "biolinky.co" part of course).

The only downside is that there is no branding option with fonts and background colours - only themes to choose from. But then, I may be asking too much - or too early! :).
