Simple but effective

It's a simple but very useful plugin, and it fully fulfills its purpose as a Chat Widget very effectively.

What I like most:
- Simple and easy to configure.
- The widget can be implemented on sites that are NOT based on WordPress.
- It has multiple and varied channels for customizing the widget (even FAQs 😎).

It would be great if BitApps expanded its customization options: the "Widget Style" only has two styles, however, it's interesting that we can add custom CSS, so that should be fine.

A small powerhouse

The installation is typically simple, thanks to WordPress. Activating the licence is also very easy. Setting up the channels is also very easy. Oh, did I mention ‘simple’? I don't think so. It's very simple but extremely useful.

The connections to the individual channels run without any problems. What's really cool is that you can also embed the widget on external sites
. Very useful if you have a central page and the other pages may not be WordPress pages. (But I haven't tested it yet)

You get a cool tool from a cool provider for a small price.
