Another solid tool from Bit Apps

I’ve been using Bit Social and Bit Integrations for some time now (already purchased on Appsumo) and more recently, the really powerful Bit Flows (not a sumo deal :'''( but worth the investment). So, i'm pretty accustomed to what Bit Apps offers and when I saw Bit Assist, I knew I had to try it. And honestly, it’s exactly what I expected: simple, efficient, and it just works. As simple as that.

Installation was super quick (and there's a free plugin for testing), and everything is just intuitive. No need to dig through a bunch of settings, within a few minutes, I had it running smoothly. It’s lightweight, and fits perfectly into my workflow… And it’s very cute
One thing i love. We are not limited to wordpress. Once you set up your plugin, you can get the code and insert in any other website or single landing page. Very nice and that kind of feature i'd like to see with other plugins.

If you’re already using their other tools, this one is a no-brainer and we know the team keeps improving things.

Overall, another great addition in the Bit Apps galaxy. If you’re hesitating, just go for it and the price is pretty nice.

Another great plugin from Bit family

I purchased all the plugins from Bitapps, including Bit Integration, Bit Social, Bit Form. And now Bit Assist. All of them are wonderful with plenty rich of features. This plugin helps to connect with visitors and customers using all channels, from Messenger, Whatsapp, Instagram etc. It is super handy, easy to install and fast. Multi-language support is a plus.

All in all, another great plugin in the Bit family.

A Game-Changer for Customer Support – Just Needs a Few Tweaks!

I’m honestly loving Bit Assist! This plugin has been a fantastic addition to my online store and my personal blog as an electrical repair specialist. It really feels like it was made to bring me closer to my customers – but hey, there are still a few things I’d love to see improved.

Pros (+):
All-in-One Contact Hub: Bit Assist lets me connect WhatsApp, Telegram, and even Facebook Messenger, all in one neat little widget. My customers now have their pick of how to reach out, and honestly, it's been a game-changer for reducing those abandoned carts! Getting questions answered fast means people actually stick around to buy. Love it!

Simple, Customizable Widget: The widget looks great on my site. It’s super easy to set up and customize with colors, welcome messages, and business hours. It just feels more professional and welcoming, and my customers appreciate it.

Easy as Pie to Use: Setup was smooth, no complicated steps – just install, connect, and go. Everything is so user-friendly, and I can handle messages from all channels in one place. No technical skills needed – major plus!

Cons (-):

Better Notification Options: If there were notifications for unanswered messages after a certain time, that’d be a lifesaver for staying on top of support!
All in all, Bit Assist is an awesome tool that has already made a huge difference for me. It’s easy, professional, and my customers love the quick contact options. If the team can add a few more features, it would be just perfect!
