It's a simple but very useful plugin, and it fully fulfills its purpose as a Chat Widget very effectively.

What I like most:
- Simple and easy to configure.
- The widget can be implemented on sites that are NOT based on WordPress.
- It has multiple and varied channels for customizing the widget (even FAQs 😎).

It would be great if BitApps expanded its customization options: the "Widget Style" only has two styles, however, it's interesting that we can add custom CSS, so that should be fine.

The installation is typically simple, thanks to WordPress. Activating the licence is also very easy. Setting up the channels is also very easy. Oh, did I mention ‘simple’? I don't think so. It's very simple but extremely useful.

The connections to the individual channels run without any problems. What's really cool is that you can also embed the widget on external sites
. Very useful if you have a central page and the other pages may not be WordPress pages. (But I haven't tested it yet)

You get a cool tool from a cool provider for a small price.

I’ve been using Bit Social and Bit Integrations for some time now (already purchased on Appsumo) and more recently, the really powerful Bit Flows (not a sumo deal :'''( but worth the investment). One thing i love. We are not limited to wordpress. Once you set up your plugin, you can get the code and insert in any other website or single landing page. Very nice and that kind of feature i'd like to see with other plugins.

If you’re already using their other tools, this one is a no-brainer and we know the team keeps improving things.

Overall, another great addition in the Bit Apps galaxy. If you’re hesitating, just go for it and the price is pretty nice.

We have found Bit Assist to be fast and very easy to manage and updating any info is as easy as it gets!

Customers can see the "chat icon" with a simple icon that you can add your logo to, CTA message popup, change colors, set Chat icon location and even add a small animation and more!

Customers can easily be directed to things like your social channels, phone, email and FAQ's at a quick click (Bit Assist should really save you from the easy and common customer support burdens.)

For advanced uses you can setup an IFRAME embed (by adding the URL only), display Bit Assist on certain URL pages and even including an embed code to easily embed Bit Assist on external websites too!
