A Game-Changer for Customer Support – Just Needs a Few Tweaks!

I’m honestly loving Bit Assist! This plugin has been a fantastic addition to my online store and my personal blog as an electrical repair specialist. It really feels like it was made to bring me closer to my customers – but hey, there are still a few things I’d love to see improved.

Pros (+):
All-in-One Contact Hub: Bit Assist lets me connect WhatsApp, Telegram, and even Facebook Messenger, all in one neat little widget. My customers now have their pick of how to reach out, and honestly, it's been a game-changer for reducing those abandoned carts! Getting questions answered fast means people actually stick around to buy. Love it!

Simple, Customizable Widget: The widget looks great on my site. It’s super easy to set up and customize with colors, welcome messages, and business hours. It just feels more professional and welcoming, and my customers appreciate it.

Easy as Pie to Use: Setup was smooth, no complicated steps – just install, connect, and go. Everything is so user-friendly, and I can handle messages from all channels in one place. No technical skills needed – major plus!

Cons (-):
Analytics Could Be Better: The analytics are pretty basic. I’d love more insight into which channel gets the most traffic, peak hours, and popular topics. This would help me make my support even better.

Lacks Message Filtering: In my store, I get lots of questions, and it would be amazing if I could filter them by keywords or topics. Right now, it takes a bit of digging to find specific messages, which can slow things down.

Setting Up Multi-Site Feels Tedious: I use this on multiple sites, and I wish I could just clone my settings. Setting up the widget from scratch for each site feels like extra work.

Wishlist:
Advanced Analytics: It’d be awesome to have deeper reports to see how I’m doing and what customers are asking for.
Better Notification Options: If there were notifications for unanswered messages after a certain time, that’d be a lifesaver for staying on top of support!
All in all, Bit Assist is an awesome tool that has already made a huge difference for me. It’s easy, professional, and my customers love the quick contact options. If the team can add a few more features, it would be just perfect!
