Q: Can the form be used for front end post submission?
either with blog posts or for custom post types?
Yes, Bit Form supports front-end post submission, including blog posts and custom post types.
You can achieve this by using our integration features with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), Pods, and Meta Box. These tools allow you to map form fields to WordPress post fields or custom fields, enabling dynamic front-end content creation.
For more details, please refer to the documentation below:
1. ACF Integration: https://bit-form.com/wp-docs/bitform-integration-list-and-guides/advanced-custom-fields-integrations/
2. Pods Integration: https://bit-form.com/wp-docs/bitform-integration-list-and-guides/pods-integrations/
3. Meta Box Integration: https://bit-form.com/wp-docs/bitform-integration-list-and-guides/meta-box-integrations/
Impressive. What about regular blog posts? I can't seem to figure that part out in the demo site
Creating regular blog posts is also fully supported using Bit Form with ACF, Pods, or Meta Box integrations. The only requirement is that the corresponding plugin must be installed and activated on your site. Without it, the form may not correctly create the post or may result in null post creation.
