Q: Paid for service how do I access it? DId not receive email.

I paid for the lifetime service (Tier 2), got the "Thank you - order confirmed screen", had my email verified and downloaded the invoice. However, I have not received the email order confirmation and have no way to access the service I purchased (currently signed up for free tier).

P.S. In our system, all new signups seem to have been upgraded to upper tiers.

It appears the confirmation email went to spam. After an initial error message appeared when logging on to my new product it sorted itself out and now seems to allow full access. Thank you.
