Q: Have you developed a way to keep credit from being cannibalized?

Hi Zawwad.👋 You missed my follow-up question.

I was asking about Boolean because "I do not want BizReply to use double credits for keywords that I might track separately but could [occasionally] be used together in speech."

I think I might not have been clear before so let me explain.

The problem is losing credits if and when BizReply duplicates results on the same brand account due to a post having 2 or more of the keywords that are being separately tracked.

For Example:
If not using Boolean and the keywords are Mom, Dad, Daughter, Son, Child, Kid, Kids, and Children, then there can be a lot of results overlapping from 1 keyword to the next.

This is the problem.💯

Does BizReply have a system in play that monitors for and prevents this?

My main concern is credit cannibalization.

A: Hi!

Our systems actually run according to the logic that every 'keyword/boolean keyword' is separate therefore, we do separate searches for every keyword.

Even if a post is available for a keyword on a boolean search, then it might also come on another keyword that has only that keyword itself.

This is part of the core feature flow actually, and if changed might affect other users.

Hope this helps! Feel free to let us know if you have any other queries! 🚀
