Q: Improper post time
Dear Team,
1. I cannot filter posts by time. When is that made possible?
2. Some posts are marked as 15 hrs or 20 20hrs ago. When clicked on the view post, the post is actually 1 month old. Why are these wrong dates?
3. What are one-time credit mentions? Is it like mapping a keyword or brand name? And after the credits, what happens?
4. I don't see a usage counter of one-time mentions?

1. We are currently not planning the date feature due to the issue that while scraping we are not getting 'dates' on many of them, which won't do justice to the date filter feature.
2. This seems to be a small bug unfortunately could you kindly share your user email on our live chat so that our team could look into it?
3. Mention credit means everytime we find a new post a mention credit is deducted, users can buy in more credits at $5/2,000 mention if they run out of it.
4. It's available in the settings section (In our new re-design it will be in the sidebar!)
