Q: Is It Possible?
I know you allow adding negative keywords, but Is it possible for you to please add the feature where we can also block certain user names or profiles.
For example, it's not always possible to think of every negative keyword however very often a profile will come up where we never want to see any of their posts from them

Correct, we do allow adding negative keywords, although currently we do not have option to block certain usernames yet.
If you could share any specific platforms on where you would like to implement this feature, we could do a feasibility check!
