Hi Zawwad.👋 You missed my follow-up question. I was asking about Boolean because "I do not want BizReply to use double credits for keywords that I might track separately but could [occasionally] be used together in speech." I think I might not have been clear before so let me explain. The problem is losing credits if and when BizReply duplicates results on the same brand account due to a post having 2 or more of the keywords that are being separately tracked. For Example: If not using Boolean and the keywords are Mom, Dad, Daughter, Son, Child, Kid, Kids, and Children, then there can be a lot of results overlapping from 1 keyword to the next. This is the problem.💯 Does BizReply have a system in play that monitors for and prevents this? My main concern is credit cannibalization.
So... if I buy tier 2 today at $129.00 and in a few days, I want to upgrade to tier 3 which is $269.00, (I'm assuming I would only have to pay the additional $140.00), how do upgrade with this $140.00 vs paying the entire the $269.00.?
