Q: TXT records issues

Hello, I am having an issue connecting my domains.i even had Namecheap tech come in to help. We have added everything as instructed and I still get " Unable to find proper TXT records for your domain name, if you just added the records please wait for them to propagate."
I have tries 3 domains for to no avail.

What do you recommend I do?

The problem is that the support tab redirects me to the records verification page. It seems that I cannot go to the support page without passing the records verification

I wanted to report the issue with the Contact Us form but the Submit button doesn’t seem to work when clicked. As an alternative, I’ve sent my message through the chat feature on the bottom left corner of the site.

I’d appreciate any assistance with this matter and look forward to your reply.
