Q: Cannot login, code went to Quarantine versus junk

I cannot use it after purchase, and support is not answering emails.

Tried resetting password, did get code finally, but it will not let me reset.

Can someone help?

I did, and it is dismal. We keep quarantining your emails in Microsoft 365 even after adding an allow rule. You're sending through Alibaba Mail servers (mxw.mxhichina.com and mxn.mxhichina.com). This is a poor choice for U.S. deliverability — these servers are often geo-flagged or soft-blocked by Microsoft, Google, and Etc. Before I drop 1 1-star review, I suggest replying to my ticket.
