I recently purchased Boardmix via AppSumo and so far I’m quite impressed with its potential. That said, I’ve encountered an issue where export options seem limited to PDF only — Excel and Word exports aren’t available, which makes me wonder if my premium access has been correctly activated.

I’ve submitted my inquiry along with my purchase invoice, but I’m still waiting for an update. Hopefully, support can assist soon so I can fully benefit from the features.
