Q: Cleaning Business
Can I adapt it to the cleaning service business? My business model is based on the # of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.
For recurring appointments, how does the platform work if a customer cancels, for example, the second appointment out of a total of four weekly appointments? Does Booknetic charge the customer automatically based on a policy, or is this something the platform cannot handle?
Does the platform process payments after the service is completed, or must all appointments be paid for in advance before the customer receives the service? How does this payment flexibility work?
Additionally, do you offer a web app platform for technicians to access their appointments? Can they start and complete services through the platform as well?
Is the platform white-label, allowing us to add our logo to it and customize emails?

Edited Dec 25, 2024A: Hello,
Thanks for your interest.
1) Yes, Booknetic can be adapted for cleaning services. You can create custom fields to collect details such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage during booking. This allows you to tailor the system to your specific business model. https://www.booknetic.com/feature/wordpress-appointment-booking-plugin-with-custom-forms
2) If a customer cancels one appointment out of a recurring series, the platform does not automatically charge based on a cancellation policy. However, you can manage cancellation policies manually or integrate with payment gateways to enforce charges based on your terms. Advanced automation for such scenarios would require custom development. https://www.booknetic.com/feature/wordpress-appointment-booking-plugin-with-recurring-appointments
3) Booknetic supports payments both in advance and after services. You can configure payment options to suit your business model. For example, you can require prepayment for appointments or set the system to allow payments upon completion of the service.
4) While Booknetic does not have a standalone web app, staff can access their appointments through the platform's dashboard.
5) White-labeling feature is not currently available for the Regular license and changing the Booknetic logo on the admin dashboard is not currently allowed. However, you can put your logo on your email templates or booking panel without any problems.

PS: I’ve used three of the most popular appointment scheduling tools on the market, and I understand that not all platforms offer all these features. However, there is one platform we considered using, but it’s a bit pricey at the moment. I’m willing to use Booknetic if I can get all these features.
Thanks!
