Q: Few questions about the plugin
Hi, got a few pre-sale questions about your plugin.
- Is it possible to hide the Boostore when I buy just a single license?
When I want my customers to use Booknetic as a feature on their website (like a barber, pedicure, massage etc), I want to sell them some options, but not all and defnitely not to let them buy by themselves. So I'm not sure if this is the correct option, and I might consider the SAAS.
- I understand you got a SAAS product too, but is it possible for me to change/build their plugin/form when I buy the SAAS? Or is it needed to buy a single license for each customer to do this? I want to create/fill their Booknetic plugin at first by myself, but they (the customer) must be able to change something by themself later.

Thanks for your interest.
As you know, we offer two products: the regular version and the SaaS version. If you are considering the SaaS version, the Boostore button will not appear for your tenants by default, so there’s no need to hide it. However, if you plan to use the regular version and wish to hide the Boostore button, this is possible with a workaround, and we can guide you on implementing this after purchasing the plugin.
Regarding your second question, if your intention is to edit the source code, we allow customers to customize the plugin as needed. However, such customizations will be overwritten when the plugin is updated. To maintain your changes, you may need to reapply them after updates.

- For my customers, it is a must to have the option to see and have a clean and good looking/good working calendar (As a barber must be able to see his upcoming appointments for the day/week/month or whatsoever). When I'm trying your demo/sandbox, I find it hard to search trough the calendar, because its timeslots for a day are set up to 15m. I want it to be 30m or at least I want it to change.
We would like to inform you that it is possible to change this interval by editing the plugin codes. Our support team can assist you with this.
- Also, The Calendar is keep getting back to a monthly view, I want it to be a weekly view or Daily view. Is it possible to set it to one of those options and make that sticky? Also, is it possible to share the calendar only?
