Hello Boost Team, Could you help explain what constitutes a real time sync and sync with delays.
e.g. We use Close CRM and it's important to have real time syncing data with the automations inside there, if there are delays texts and automations may fire at the incorrect times due to CRM itself having timed automations.
Close CRM states Active with remarks of needing additional settings. Do all Active apps have real time sync or just ones without the remarks? Or is there another way of telling what has real time. Thanks!
Hi @Operator_2_Owner! Real-time sync can be achieved using Webhooks, which transmit data instantly between apps as events occur, ensuring accurate syncing for Close CRM automations. Apps marked as 'Active' with remarks may need extra setup. For more info, visit the Boost.space User Community Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/boostspace/. Hope that helps! ✌
Q: Records
Are the records always used or can I also use the tool like Make alone, without creating records? Thank you!
Great question! The Make engine can indeed be used without creating records in Boost.space. However, to comply with the TOS and avoid automatic scenario deactivation, at least one Boost.space module must be included on the scenario canvas. Hope that helps ✌
Thank you. Is this also possible with small applications (data from sheet A are transferred to sheet B or similar)? What kind of Boost.Space modules are there that can be used in such a case?
Yes, this is possible, even with smaller applications such as transferring data from sheet A to sheet B or similar cases. To explore the available Boost.space modules and find options suitable for your needs, I recommend visiting the Boost.space User Community Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/boostspace/ .. You can find there additional information and connect with other users 🙂
A: Hey there, thank you for your message. It is not possible to white-label Boost.space. What is possible is to change the visage...for example favicon, colours, logo etc. :). You can find out more information in this article: https://docs.boost.space/knowledge-base/integrations/features/company-design-settings/.
We do have Cloud vision - https://boost.space/integrations/google-cloud-vision/ as a native app. If you need to ever connect an app that we do not have as a native one you can use HTTP module if the app has API for custom connection.
I recently purchased another no-code automation tool here (Zerowork). Is this similar to Zerowork, or can they work together to offer even more automation possibilities?
A: Hey there, thank you for reaching out I already answered your question via support but will do so here as well :).
As we are not using this tool we are not able to help you out with questions that are linked with it :). If you have any questions regarding Boost.space please let us know :)!

Of course! ZeroWork Webhooks can be added to Boost.space workflows, allowing you to trigger TaskBots remotely for more advanced automation possibilities. This is what I use and it works flawlessly.
