Q: CLOSE CRM | Active; needs additional settings
Hello Boost Team,
Could you help explain what constitutes a real time sync and sync with delays.
e.g. We use Close CRM and it's important to have real time syncing data with the automations inside there, if there are delays texts and automations may fire at the incorrect times due to CRM itself having timed automations.
Close CRM states Active with remarks of needing additional settings. Do all Active apps have real time sync or just ones without the remarks? Or is there another way of telling what has real time.
