I have visited the https://dukaanhelp.helpcenter.bot/ I tried to search keywords that is inside in the article "Variant SKU Code", but search bar doesn't find the article. it said We couldn't find any articles for: Variant SKU Code.

Can we improve it so the search tools can search any keywords become the input on the search box?

I'm not talking about its base, but rather we can have conditionality to the tool, a base where we can ask frequent questions and answers about our product where we will use the tool. The most important question is the guarantee that we will not have a decrease in resources after a while. This is my biggest fear about buying this product.
