Q: Using WhatsApp through 360dialog is way too expensive.
Is it currently possible to integrate WhatsApp using API? If so, do you have step-by-step instructions available?

May 14, 2024A: You can do a direct integration using Bot9 APIs and Facebook Business APIs, but for that you would require a knowledge of using REST APIs.
But this is 100% possible, and takes just a few minutes to setup.
