Questions:
1. How do you get the bot to prescreen a unqualified lead and. not add them to your google sheet? Just add qualified leads.
2. Compared to Chatbase it seems harder to train my bot to answer questions about my companies criteria for qualifying as a tenant. How do you use plan text to train?
3. How do I get the bot to display available listing when asked about 2 or 3 bedrooms available?
Suggestion: Consider removing branding at Tier 2 if there is not option for Agency at Tier 3.

1. It's going to capture every conversation in a sheet and you'll manually want to review the data collected and clean that data, but you can create rules that will prevent a bot from asking further questions to collect data. For example, if I'm looking to invest in a business and the bot asks what is their annual revenue, then I could put a rule in the prompt editor that says "If their revenue is less than $1 million, stop asking them questions and end the conversation immediately".
2. Google Sheets is the best way to train AI because it's structured data. You connect a sheet once and then update data in the sheet. You can also upload a doc, but that's unstructured data which isn't the most reliable with Chatbase, or the rest of them. You can also manually input data input fields, where you input a data point and a description.That's also very reliable.Connect a Google Sheet. 3. Noted, but we'll decide closer to the end of the campaign if this is a feature we add in to that tier. Tier 3 is the best value for sure.
4. Data analysis, and an API are in progress. We have a board where we listen to feedback, prioritize and roll out new features. We already added Webhooks in the first few days after enough users said they want that feature. Feel free to contribute to plans and goals.
