Many screens/data not working

I'm following up on a support request I submitted over 10 days ago regarding an issue with brand emails not loading. I purchased this product primarily for that feature, and it's disappointing that it remains non-functional.
As requested, I provided detailed information along with screenshots, but I have yet to receive a resolution or even a status update. The lack of response is concerning and does not align with the 5-star reviews I saw prior to purchase.
I hope to see a more proactive and responsive approach from support team, and I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed as soon as possible

We actually replied to your email earlier, but we want to take this opportunity to clarify the situation again.
The issue you encountered was due to recent changes in some of the data source websites, which required us to adapt our systems for data retrieval. Keeping data sources updated and functioning correctly is a constant technical challenge, and while we usually handle these changes proactively, in this case it required a bit more time and engineering effort.
