Q: Cannot redeem my purchase
Hi,
I've tried to redeem my purchase for some days but everytime I go to "Try it free" and then to "Sign up", an error occurs that tell me to try later... can you help please?

I've tried but the mailbox seems to be wrong:
"550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table"
