Q: Why do I see the following alert when opening the login page?

To mention the obvious, the (truncated) login URL is:
https://dev-v3arhhay.us.auth0.com/u/login?
which does not look anything like the typical domain/url.

I understand your concern about the alert you're seeing on the login page.
Yes, we are conscious of the issue at hand. A few months back, we sought the production credentials from Google, and currently, this is the only response we have:
Verification Status: The verification process is ongoing.
The Trust and Safety team has received your form. Should they find it necessary, they will reach out to you via email. The entire review process may span 4-6 weeks, but you should expect the initial email from our Trust and Safety team within 3-5 days. In the meantime, your last approved consent screen continues to be in effect.
We have initiated multiple email correspondences and are presently awaiting their response.
We appreciate your patience, and we'll update you as soon as everything's back to normal. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or need further clarification.
