Super Disappointed

UI is slow and 15 years ago responsiveness.

Data is wrong. One metric is the same for all the brands. I don’t recall that.

I did ask them the details over the mail and no response.

Posted a question in the questions section and it was rejected without a notification.

Don’t know who gave 292 reviews with 5 tacos.

It’s a great product if we can get insights etc. we are happy to invest more and get bigger tiers if we can get the data right and more KPIs.

Truly disappointed.

1. “I asked for details via email and got no response.”
We’ve thoroughly reviewed our support inbox and could not find any email from you. If you could forward that message or let us know the email address you used, we’ll be happy to assist you immediately. We’re committed to answering every inquiry and take customer support seriously.

2. “Posted a question in the questions section and it was rejected without a notification.”
We understand this might be frustrating. However, questions posted on AppSumo must comply with their internal moderation policies. AppSumo may reject questions that are duplicated, off-topic, or that violate their community guidelines. Unfortunately, the approval or rejection of questions in that section is managed by AppSumo, not us. We recommend reaching out to them directly for clarification on rejections.

3. “Data is wrong. One metric is the same for all brands.”
Some metrics—particularly estimates or derived indexes—may share similar values across brands, especially if they are benchmarks or if no recent public updates are available. However, this doesn't mean the data is incorrect. If you can point us to a specific example, we’d be more than happy to explain the data source, the methodology, and help clear up any confusion.

4. “UI is slow and outdated.”
We’re sorry to hear that. We've made major improvements to speed, responsiveness, and design in recent updates, and we continue to optimize the experience. If you encountered performance issues, they may be linked to a temporary load or caching problem. We’d appreciate any specific feedback so we can address it more directly.

5. “Don’t know who gave 292 five-taco reviews.”
