1) BreezeDoc should support Hebrew and other RTL languages. We made it as universal as possible, and recently added translation functionality for a few key languages (and can easily add more if you email support@breezedoc.com).

2) We talk at length in other Q&A, and From the Founders, about limitations on documents per month. Those should be outlined in the deal terms as well. Please check other Q&A for more detailed answers, but the short of it is that the number resets every month depending on your tier and the allotment. This is similar to how DocuSign and other tools work where the limit the number of documents/agreements that you can send per month.
