No team features, no support.
App seems a bit scant in features..and it looks like it is not being maintained or developed, from the list of requested features building up.
I purchased the agency tier.. but not usable as far I as can tell, with other staff in my company. No place to add users, no cname, no email domain, etc. So how is it a multi-user app, or even an app I can use within one business and have someone else on my team admin it?
I logged in via Gmail - big mistake; there is no place to change password in the app.
There is ZERO support from within the app, no way to get help, ask questions, etc.

It's crazy you mention team features, because we're in the MIDDLE of building team features right now. We expect to have it launched in the coming days, and will provide an update in a "From the founders" post — and, as always, we'll send an email to our customers/users like we always do for key features.
We also have had support since day 1 by reaching out to support@breezedoc.com. We're also planning to add FAQ and guide in the near future (and a chatbot), but for now, you can absolutely just email us and we'll help you out.
