Q: Are there any options to provide users with custom Badges for their website? Like: Capterra, expertise, G2 etc.
I'm interested in creating an industry directory where web users could find the directory and leave reviews about companies that are in the directory. Based on that they could be awarded those "best of" "rising star" "verified" etc. custom badges that would be branded with my directory that we would create custom links for them that go to their listing.
Is this something that is possible / already part of brilliant directories?

Brilliant Directories includes a built-in reviews feature that allows visitors to leave feedback directly on your site. You can:
• 🌟 Display reviews on each member’s public profile
• 🧮 Sort or highlight members based on star ratings or review count
• 🏆 Feature members manually who stand out based on quality or consistency
This gives you full control over how reviews are collected, displayed, and used to recognize standout members — all within your own platform.
If you’re interested in showcasing review activity from third-party sites like Capterra or G2, members can add external links to those platforms using custom fields in their profile. Tracking review activity across those platforms would require a custom integration to pull in data and monitor growth or timing.
That said, BD gives you a strong foundation to build an engaging, review-driven community right out of the box.

I want it to be LIKE capterra, G2, Expertise.com not include them. The value to the members is the social proof, not the directory. So if it's an HVAC directory, I would have my branded HVACPRO badge that they could display on their site, showing their reviews, special awards "rising star" "Trusted source" etc. linking to the directory, is this possible?
I'm confused by the purpose of this directory...
If it's for education like skool, then reviews mainly have no purpose, kinda like reddit, bragging rights but no value to a busines. If it's for businesses to publicly display another citation and reference of quality, then your directory should have a proprietary badge that they can display on their site linking to their reviews on the directory?
