Q: Instant Business Records search question
If we run an Instant Business Records search now and then repeat the exact same search a month later, is there a way to automatically filter out companies already in our list so they don’t appear again, or will they already be excluded from the search results?
And when reviewing the results especially those that look “low quality” can we selectively import only the high-quality records we want without using credits on the rest?

Great question — if you run an Instant Business Records search now and repeat the same search later, any businesses already in your site will automatically be excluded from the new results. You won’t be charged twice for the same records.
While you can’t preview individual records beforehand, the best approach is to import a small batch of 5–10 first to make sure you’re happy with the results before moving on to larger imports. That way, you can test and fine-tune as needed.
This tool is totally optional — it’s designed to help newer directories feel more seasoned and active from day one, giving you a stronger foundation to attract real members through your own marketing efforts.
