Q: Still no CNAME?

The biggest reason I couldn't snap up this deal at max tier is mainly due to lack of CNAME support. Is that feature available yet?

Good day, We encountered an error when creating a signature request through your API. It appears that some fields have a character limit. The error response shows "403 Forbidden," but it doesn’t seem to be an authentication issue. When I reduce the character count for a specific field, the request goes through successfully. Could you please look into this? If certain fields have character limits, would it be possible to increase or remove them? We have a particular section in the documents we're generating that often includes lengthy descriptions of our services, which are essential to the content.
