Great Platform for Seamless Contract Signing
I’ve tried several different platforms, and this one is by far my favorite. First, they don’t randomly add their logo or links to the original contract, which is a huge plus. The contract number addition is optional, so I appreciate the flexibility.
I’ve contacted customer support multiple times for various requests, and they’ve always responded quickly and been very helpful.
The only area for improvement I’d suggest when use manually name text fields, the font size becomes very small after the client signs, even for short name. This may need to be investigated for improvement.
Overall, highly recommended!

We’ve actually released an update that allows you to select whether you want the system to auto-resize the font or keep it the same, which will restrict the user from entering more data, preventing the font size from reducing.
