Jun 3, 2025A: 1. We limits on total amount of messages per month, not on amount of chatbots, you are able to connect to one Instagram and one WhatsApp for every chatbot, there is no limitation on amount of integrations or chatbots.
2. Once integrated, AI will respond/reply to any query which your users send to you as Direct Message.
3. Yes, Lead Form could be enabled for your chatbot: Name, Phone and/or Email could be collected and exported. You cant also define a fully customized Sheet(Data Table), and give prompt to your chatbot to generate data according to your Sheet before/during/after conversation.
