A: A sheet is a structured, customizable data table in BurstyAI, just like a sheet in a spreadsheet, used by Actions/Workflows as either an input data source or a designated output destination.

Handoff is currently available on the Chatbot conversation page on the admin console, we are going to add more ways to do Handoff/notification, just write what you need as feature request, we will handle quickly.

My website have 900 pages - does first tire support this in crawling/learning about our company - to be abel to answer clients?

What kind of notiication does it offer when an handoff is made?

It shall be able to support 900 pages if each page in normal shall be less than 100KB, which in total is 90MB.

The plan is to support email notification once Agent decides an human handoff is needed.
