Q: How many users we get on stacking more than 4 codes
Hi, I saw your other comments where you have mentioned that stacking beyond 4 codes is possible. Can you please let me know how many users we get on each code beyond 4 codes.
Sure, I can send you an email, but for the benefit of others, please let us know here how many users we will have if we buy 8 codes. Is it 100 or more? By "custom email," I mean using SMTP to configure our email to send messages to users.
Our AppSumo deal was primarily designed for teams of up to 50 members. While we do allow code stacking beyond that, it’s handled on a case-by-case basis and currently supports up to 100 members. That said, stacking 8 codes won’t automatically unlock access for 100 members — please reach out and we’ll be happy to discuss your specific needs.
Regarding the ability to use a custom SMTP server for sending emails from your own domain — this isn't something we currently offer, and most similar apps don’t provide this feature either. However, we’re always open to understanding how users like you would use it. If your use case aligns with what others may need, we’d be glad to consider adding it to our roadmap.

Q: Can schedulers' names, email, phone be passed into the scheduler or to a thank you page as a URL parameter?
Our clients have membership platforms they are apart of. From there, we have their name and email. So if they click on a schedule meeting button can we pass their info to the scheduler? Example: domain.com/schedule?email=useremail@theirdomain.com
More detailed example: User completes a survey or form. They have entered their name and email on it. We them have the form redirect to a page where your scheduler appears. In the URL, we pass the parameters for first name, last name, and email. Something like schedulerdomain.com/book?fname=John&lname=Smith&email=johnsmith@domain.com - This would prefill the data fields on the scheduler page.
Hello! I'm considering this for my department, but we have teachers who work regular hours on salary and also do coutses for hourly OT. Also, we do 50min hours and have breaks between classes in the same block. Is the software that granular? Can I do all of that?
Q: Considering customer-side reservations and/or requests for slots? Ability to cancel or reschedule?
