A: Hi Mics-Site! Currently, we are developing new icon styles which should be added soon. As for SVGs - we would really love to enable them and are testing that constantly - unfortunately, the quality of the results isn't there yet. Q: So each time you generate an icon it uses 15 credits? But 1 tier is 40 credits and they don't carry over?

A: Hi keepsongoing! Each icon you generate requires just 1 credit. With 1 Tier, you receive 40 credits every month. However, these credits are topped up every month and do not carry over to the next month.

Q: Amount of icons

It generates 15 icons at the time. Does these 15 generated icons count toward the plan or the amount of downloaded icons count toward the plan? Thanks.

Q: Icons not generating

Hey there. I'm having some trouble with Candy Icons at the moment. It goes through the process, but it doesn't actually create the icons. This has been happening for the past 48 hours, and I haven't heard back from support yet. Should I be worried about this?
