Q: Hi, for clarity about credit use. Anything uploaded, then edited, then downloaded is charged credits?
Meaning. All 3+ activities mentioned above burn credits each time the asset is touched? Or just the one time when uploaded? Also. Will any and all files, even if already have transcription in video or in caption files etc, will cost credits, automatically no matter what? Can we upload our own transcripts/translations etc? Can we just have video with no sound of any kind uploaded, to add other Vadoo elements into our workflow? LASTLY - can we add our own b-roll? Thank you

- we don't have ability to import pre-existing transcripts at the moment
- we don't do no-sound video/b-roll -- we have some video clipping features in studio but it sounds like you might be better suited with a video editing platform for those sorts of use cases
