I've cutdown on AppSumo purchases, but this one really stood out.

Castmagic is not your typical alpha or beta product that comes on AppSumo (There's been more a few in the last few years that has deterred sumolings away).

Instead, it is a polished and nifty little tool to help you increase productivity by saving time on post-production of the content, most importantly the content distribution part. (Which is equally as important as the creation part).

Things I loved -
1) Polished Product - You can see the amount of work, effort, planning and thinking the Dev team has put inside the product

2) Great Experience - The entire experience from uploading to editing, managing content etc is done well and well thought of.

3) Built with MRR/ARR in mind - Once The Podcast's runs through its magic, a standalone podcast page is created. This can be shared publicly for collaborators to check. This summary page has branding of castmagic to sign-up new users, this might be a turn off for a few who want white labeled everything. But from my perspective, its a great way for castmagic to increase brand-awareness and acquire new customers to sustain the ltd for longer term.

Things that can be improved -
1) Removing a podcast - I'm not sure if that can be done or not, but I could not figure out how to do it

2) Editing transcripts - It'd be good edit transcripts once created. Moreover, to save transcription costs, maybe if we are using YouTube Videos as a source, use the transcripts from the YouTube videos that were uploaded by the content creator to create the transcripts.

This is just after using it for just a few minutes. Reading the comments from sumolings and the dev team, it looks like they're heavily invested in making the product awesome, which is always a great sign.

Overall - great product to have in my list of LTDs.
