Basics are not in place (if they are, they are not intuitive)

I have been building products for more than 15 years. Certyfirma is an example of when founders come together to bring something new to the market, and they do. But in the process miss out on basics. I bought the subscription impressed by the way they claim to use block chain and photo identity. And last night I created my first document. Having used a lot of esigning platforms, I left areas blank to be filled by both parties like date, name, ID# etc and uploaded it hoping that I will get to attach tags to where the users need to add text and signs or initials. Nothing happened, but the document was sent.

The other party contacted me a few hours later stating that I skipped the biometric verification by mistake and now it says," In case of interruption in the process you must wait until the signature is denied to try again."

Also, it didn't ask me to submit a signature that will appear on the document. It does not give me a lot of confidence. I think I am going to try this once again record the whole experience. If this one does not go through, I will apply to get my money back. \\

Regarding the biometric verification issue: If a signer interrupts the process, the system requires waiting until the signature attempt is denied before retrying.
