I have been using Chaos Control 2 for a month, and I find it to be an excellent tool for organizing projects and tasks, which helps me complete them more efficiently. This is a well-developed, mature product that has been refined over several years. Exciting new features are set to be released in 2025, and these will be included with your purchase. Dmitriy and his team are very responsive to suggestions and requests. I really like this software, and I believe you will too.

I’ve tried plenty of todo and project management apps. They were all either too complicated complicated or not powerful enough. With Chaos Control I got what I was looking for:
- Easily add new tasks
- powerful organization of tasks into categories and projects
- great overview
- easy to use UI

Definitely a keeper.

TRUST ME! I have tried just about every personal organizer on the market. I am constantly traveling. So much so that I am certain I log more flight hours than most pilots. My schedule is always packed with meetings, events, travel plans, work tasks, personal tasks, and a plethora of miscellaneous duties assigned to me at random. After using Chaos Control for 24 hours I am hooked, happy, and ready to go!

The UI is beautiful. The calendar is done exceptionally well. The ability to add categories and subcategories is a breeze. I am VERY MUCH looking forward to the AI integration. To be able to talk to this planner would be awesome!

I HIGHLY recommend this tool to anyone and EVERYONE looking to better organize their lives and GTD! Hats off to the development team. Excellent work! I’ve been using Chaos Control for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game-changer in helping me focus on completing important tasks. While I can’t sync it across all my calendars, which might be a good thing in some ways, it allows me to have a dedicated space for specific tasks. Whenever I know I need to work on something, I simply open my Chaos Control organizer, and it helps me get things done. I’m not sure if it’s the layout, the format, or just the simplicity of its use, but it’s been incredibly effective.
