You can browse to Settings ➡️ Your Property ➡️Widget ➡️ Direct Chat Link. You can also launch the widget when clicking on a button for example on your page. Please refer to the Clientside SDK on https://getcharla.com/support/?article=290-client-side-events-and-server-side-webhooks
