- I was checking out your features requests page and now I’ve got some questions… 1. Is it possible to have only chats and no tickets created at all? 2. And when I’m ready for tickets, is it possible to decide which emails (or chats) are turned into tickets? So I mean no automatic creation of tickets. 3. Is Telegram going to be integrated too? 4. Will FB Messenger and Instagram and other messages appear all in the same inbox, or will I still have to visit all those places separately? 5.
