Q: Updates on bug fixes?

Hi, before I leave a review, would like to address that its a pretty awesome platform, but has some flaws which is limiting us from fully using it as of yet.

-- what is the best way to contact you for support where you will read and reply the message, on charla website itself i dont see a way to open a ticket directly to you? we have tried to contact you diretly via email on your personal email, via appsumo and via the feedback portal on the website. -- but in the last month or so there has been no reply on all channels.

Once we get some updates on the bug fixes, such as live visitor updates, i will be able to leave a review.. sadly though we're feeling the support isn't there, and we may have to shift back to tawk, pls keep up the work on the bug fixes, thanks.
