Q: You say that you "As an agency, you can create multiple sites under the same account".

Most people who own agencies service multiple clients that each need their own inbox (for obvious reasons). Is this doable with your system? Or would multiple clients be required to share one inbox? Sorry if my question comes off as a bit absurd but it's not clear to me. Thanks!

A: Yes, so the way to do it is to create an Agent (with Role Team Member) and a Site for each customer you have, and then set this agent to only his assigned site. This way, your customer can login as a Team Member and only view his site inbox/dashboard. You can try it out and ping us on hello@getcharla.com if you need any support settings things up.

By creating an Agent (with Role Team Member) for the customer with their website-only access, does it count as a support agent? OR I can create unlimited Agents (with Role Team Member) and assign each to his website?

If we hit the limit of support agents, how can we extend that? Especially if the deal on AppSumo expires and won't be able to purchase new code?
