Great UX. Everything works the way it's supposed to.
I was up and running in 30 minutes, for TWO of my websites.
I've tried MANY chatbots on appsumo and ended up returning them all due to poor UX and/or deal terms. Charla's deal terms exceed my expectations, and it is easy to navigate the dashboard to find what I need.

Good, but needs improvement
I've tried the chat and it's great, but weak widget customization option and absolutely weak new chat notifications. I would like to see an option on the first customer message for the sound to repeat and be noticed by an employee, as they may have phone calls and overlook that simple ding, or an option to upload a custom sound. If you were to add these things, especially notifications, you have no competition. I've tried over 10 chat apps and they all have bad notifications.
If you would reconsider these changes, I would buy again immediately.
