Excellent Potential with One Key Improvement Needed

Charla App is an exciting new addition to my business stack. It is showing great promise with its innovative approach and user-friendly design. While it is not yet a complete replacement for some of the more established premium chat apps, it offers a fantastic foundation to build upon.

I scheduled a Zoom call, and I was given a full demo of the platform. I am still not happy about the learning curve of the RTL Language feature, but I know the Charla developers will address this critical learning curve issue very soon.

Implementing this feature would make the platform more accessible and user-friendly for a wider audience. Currently, the platform supports RTL, but you have to know CSS to get it working. For non-technical people, the platform should make switching between Left -to-Right (LTR) and Right-to-Left (RTL) languages as simple as clicking on a button. Charla needs to look at its competitor Tawk.to chat app and see what the developers have done to their app for multi-language support and ease of use.

With the above Full Arabic Support enhancement, Charla App has the potential to become a top-tier chat application. The developers' focus on this area will undoubtedly result in a reliable and efficient messaging experience that meets the expectations of multi-lingual users globally.

Enriching knowledgebase

Hi,

I bought the code assuming i could train the bot with my own dowuments (word pdf etc.)
But this is not a feature?

Lost it all

Literally spent over a month building out my knowledgebase for support and was loving the system quite a lot. Accidentally created an article that didn't need to be created, so went to delete it. That delete button deleted my ENTIRE knowledgebase after 1.5 months of my time. I can't get it back. Beyond disappointed.

Work great for its budget. But it is a closed system.

It is easy to set up. Do what it does. The AI chatbot is not very smart but still useable. The UI is alright. Performance is better than expectation. I think it is good for its value.

But it has limited integration with other app, especially it has no API (I would love to see an api to dynamically update article), making it a closed system. Not able to fit in well in the company because no integration means no automation means too much manual work.

I still keep it as an investment, just in case they release API features than I will get back to it.
